ABOUT

ABOUT

Brian Klutch is a still life photographer who hails from northern NJ. He became inspired at a young age by architecture – specifically dilapidated buildings and the stories they held within their walls. Klutch found that he had a unique talent for bringing those stories to life through photography. After studying at the School of Visual Arts, Klutch began shooting live concerts, cars, celebrities, special effects and architecture before finding his niche in product photography. He was drawn to the excitement of taking everyday items and making them extraordinary. Soon after he ventured out on his own, Klutch began receiving accolades from distinguished industry magazines and publications including Communication Arts, Applied Arts and Graphis. Photo District News singled him out for a feature article on alternative methods of self-promotion. These days, Klutch calls his airy studio on 37th Street his second home. His clients are varied and he's worked with some industry greats in print and online. His work is bold, conceptual, and precise. Besides his artistic eye, Klutch attributes his success to his approachability, use of creativity to stay within budget, and his studio full of state-of the art equipment.
